We came out to Kusadasi in October 2005 with the intention of
looking around for a property that we could live in all year round.
We went out with a couple of "Emlak's" but unfortunately did not
find what we were looking for.
On the last day of our holiday we came across Elite Homes in Ladies
Beach and while we were looking at the properties in the window the
door opened and an English voice asked if we needed any help.
We went inside and explained to Tracy of Elite Homes just what we
were looking for, but as it was our last day we did not have much
time to look around although Tracy did take us to a couple of
properties near by. (if only we had found her in the beginning as
she was so helpful).
Tracy came to England to do an exhibition the following January and
we arranged to go and see her. From there we organised a week out in
the March and Tracy had put a portfolio together and took us to see
a good variety of properties.
We settled on an Apartment which was just a shell and Elite Homes
did a complete refurbishment for us and we are very pleased with the
end result. They also looked after all the documentation side of
things for us ie: Notary, Opening a Bank Account, Tax Number and
Solicitor. The time Elite devoted to us made our transition to
Turkey so much easier.
We have now retired and are living in Kusadasi. Tracy has introduced
us to some really nice people and seven month's down the line she is
still there for us if we have any problems.
We have and will always's recommend Elite Homes to anyone thinking
of buying out here in Kusadasi.
