The Aegean coast of Turkey has everything to offer to the foreign investor wanting to purchase property abroad, in particular Kusadasi; a very cosmopolitan town that has something for everyone.

Ladies Beach
At present is the most sought after area in Kusadasi due to several factors:
Close to a clean popular beach lined with several bars and restaurants ideal for people on holiday and seeking rented accommodation. Value of property would be 15% higher than anywhere else in Kusadasi due to the rental opportunities and the rate of increase on the value of individual properties. Clients have discovered it is very easy to sell on property in this area due to demand therefore finding a good return on their initial investment. Living here during the winter months is quiet but only a short bus ride away to the center of Kusadasi.

Kusadasi Town Center
Ideal for all the year round living with plenty of shops, restaurants and of course the weekly markets. The properties especially in the old town area would be priced reasonably and in some cases would need some restoration. This area would appeal to the type of people who would like to live within the Turkish community.


 

Marina & Cevre yolu
Classed as the residential 'up market' area of the town this area attracts foreign investors and successful entrepreneurs who wish to settle in this area. Serviced well by the local transport, Kusadasi is just a pleasant walk away. Often in the mornings people can be seen jogging along the marina front taking in the pretty scenery and sea air. Quality built apartments tend to be the norm in this location although there are houses for sale as well.

 

Kustur Beach
Very much an 'up and coming' area for the future this area lends itself to some of the most scenic areas of Kusadasi which is only 2 Kms away. The promenade has a few restaurants open during the summer months and the beach area is relatively quite during the peak season . The sale of villas is most common in this pretty area.


 

Long Beach
For a long time this area has been very popular for Turkish families who wish to locate their holiday homes close to this sandy beach. Located 4.5 km from Kusadasi town center this area is increasingly becoming popular with European families who wish to buy their dream holiday home for the summer months. Long Beach has a real 'bucket and spade' feel to it and is ideal for young families and again it is very easy to commute to Kusadasi, approx 15 mins away.

 

Sogucak
From this traditional hill topped village there are stunning panoramic views of the surrounding areas. Located approx 8kms from Kusadasi and 2kms from the nearest beach, the village is well serviced by  local transport. The mountains of the National Park can be viewed from afar as well as the town of Kusadasi and the magnificent coastline of the Aegean sea. Soucak is far away enough from the 'tourist hotspots' in the peak season but near enough to gain access to the center of Kusadsi and beaches.

Davutlar & Guzel Camli
This small town is approx 15kms away from Kusadasi and is set in a very rural location, a further 2kms away you will enter the gates of the National Park opposite the Greek Island of Samos; this beautiful park is a tapestry of colour and ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Four beaches line the forested coastline and boast crystal clear waters. Davutlar town has plenty of shops and Turkish 'lokantas' (restaurants) and is serviced by a large supermarket and local transport. Several popular beaches are near by and holiday homes are plentiful.
