Our property management services are an ideal way of guaranteeing that your home is cared for whilst you are not in Turkey.

All services are optional and vary from area to area. Our agents in other areas will be happy to provide details of services & prices specific to their area upon request.

We offer total Property Management in Kusadasi and its surrounding areas " key holding and villa management contracts, as well as a rental management and cleaning if required. We guarantee your investment will receive the best possible care and attention, you can be assured that your home is secure and in safe hands and if rented, your guests leave with the utmost praise for both your property and services.

Our " memebrship",  plan is available on a twelve month contract, with three levels of service provided:

Gold, Silver, Bronze

Premier members will have their property serviced on a weekly basis, Comprehensive members fortnightly and standard members monthly.

The, "Memebrship", service priced as follows inclusive 18% VAT.

Services In Included:

The "Membership" plan will provide a detailed inspection of your valuable investment.

Utility bills will be settled pending customer reimbursement.

Key holder emergency callout 24 hrs.

For clients that have purchased property Elite Homes would be happy to advertise the property in their rental section letting it out is a possible option and obviously provides our client with an income.

We will ensure the property is cleaned before and after use and that a returnable deposit is taken at the beginning of the let. Itinerary of house items are also noted and Elite Homes will check that the previous customers have left the house in good order.

Elite Homes Fee:

30% Finders Fee which includes cleaning.
